Philosophy of Our Logo

The symbolic meaning of GSHR Udayana’s logo can be attributed to its two aspects: its graphic symbol and color selection. The logo’s graphic depicts the male and female gender symbol intertwining, representing gender diversity beyond the binary. Pink is used as the main color to honor the gay rights movement of the past, inspired by how they reclaimed a symbol of oppression and terror to become a symbol of pride. Blue was used for the text to represent the idea that GSHR Udayana will always become an independent organization in defending human rights worldwide. By using this as our logo, we strive to become an inclusive organization for everyone, regardless of gender identity and sexuality, that will always defend human rights.
